Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera serves as the SOE Alumni Association, Guam Council IRA, and Pacific Islands Bilingual Bicultural Association (PIBBA) webmaster.  She is the Past President for the SOE Alumni Association.  She teaches for the TESOL, Reading, and Instructional Programs at the School of Education & Department of English and Applied Linguistics at the University of Guam.  She is also an adjunct professor for the English Department at the Guam Community College.  She received her BAED in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, M.Ed. in Language and Literacy, and Doctoral Degrees in Education with an emphasis in English and ESL.
